By accessing or using any of our services, products, website, coaching programs, memberships, or content (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. By proceeding, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of the following terms, which may be updated or modified from time to time.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our Services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2. Membership and Subscription

• All memberships and subscriptions automatically renew unless explicitly canceled by the user before the renewal date.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), based on your selected plan.

• By enrolling, you authorize GOB Coaching to automatically charge your provided payment method.

• Renewal Notices : Renewal reminder emails, SMS messages, push notifications, or other communications may be sent as a courtesy before your renewal date. These communications are provided solely as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

  Failure to receive, access, read, or respond to any renewal reminder for any reason—including but not limited to spam filtering, junk folders, promotions tabs, incorrect contact information, internet service interruptions, mobile carrier delays, technical issues, or third-party delivery failures—does not cancel, delay, invalidate, or otherwise affect your scheduled renewal or payment obligation.

  The absence of a reminder does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, reversal of charges, or dispute of a valid renewal transaction.

• Member Responsibility

  Each member is solely responsible for:

  • Knowing their subscription renewal date.

  • Maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

  • Reviewing billing statements.

  • Canceling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Freezing/Pausing Accounts

• Account freezing or pausing is allowed only upon written request before your next billing cycle. Requests made after the billing date will not be honored for the current period, and the member will remain liable for the full membership fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date. Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

• Once a renewal payment has been successfully authorized and processed, the current membership period is considered active and reserved. Cancellation requests submitted after payment has been processed will terminate future renewals only and will not reverse, refund, or prorate the current membership period except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate Payments Policy

• If a duplicate payment is processed due to a verified system or processing error, GOB Coaching may, at its sole discretion, either issue a refund for the duplicate payment or apply the amount as a credit toward future membership fees.

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital goods, coaching services, customized plans, memberships, subscriptions, supplements, accessories, merchandise, workout equipment, physical products, and shipped goods, all sales are final.

• By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a non-refundable product or service and waive any right to seek a refund except where expressly required by applicable law.

• It is the user’s responsibility to check junk/spam folders for onboarding emails. Failure to receive an email is not grounds for a refund. A post-purchase page is provided after checkout to guide users on how to access support if an email is not received.

• Failure to submit a support ticket or contact us within 48 hours of purchase will waive any claims of non-receipt.

• Refund requests based on any of the following are not eligible:

  • Forgetting to cancel.

  • Failure to use the membership.

  • Lack of participation.

  • Failure to receive or view reminder communications.

  • Email delivery issues.

  • Financial hardship.

  • Change of mind.

  • Immediate cancellation after renewal.

  • Failure to access available content without first contacting support.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Sharing login details is prohibited and may result in termination of service without refund.

5. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Get Bodybuilding Coach is the intellectual property of the Company.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without express written consent.

6. Disclaimers

• Our Services are intended for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals, and our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

• Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

7. Marketing and Communication Consent

• By providing your contact information, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, and updates from Get Bodybuilding Coach.

• You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Bodybuilding Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or member portal. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional notice is required by applicable law.

10- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, members agree to contact GOB Coaching Support and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a transaction that is valid under these Terms and Conditions, GOB Coaching reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:

• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

• Billing history

• Payment authorizations

• Subscription enrollment records

• Cancellation timestamps

• Login history

• Account activity

• Access records

• Support correspondence

• Accounts associated with chargebacks may be immediately suspended or terminated until the matter has been resolved.

• Members agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges made in accordance with these Terms. Filing a chargeback does not cancel the membership or relieve the member of payment obligations. If a chargeback is initiated for a valid transaction, GOB Coaching reserves the right to recover all unpaid balances, collection costs, administrative fees, and any chargeback-related expenses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11- Coaching Seat Reservation: Upon each successful renewal, GOB Coaching allocates coaching resources, staffing, system capacity, and member support for the renewed subscription period. For this reason, renewals become non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

12- Digital Access : The availability of digital coaching materials, workout plans, educational content, downloadable resources, and member-only services constitutes delivery of the purchased service, regardless of whether the member chooses to access or utilize such materials.

Failure to use the Services does not affect payment obligations.

13-Arbitration : Ae arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Members waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
